A few words on anger

Anybody can become angry – that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way – that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy.

Hey people of the Internet, today I want to talk about anger.

We get angry at times, but that isn’t a problem.

The problem is when we get angry very easily, for the smallest things, and we do it often.

There are periods when I am like that and I know it’s not a good thing to be proud of.

What to do in those cases?

I don’t know, I’m still trying to find an answer, and this answer can be different for eveyone.

What I find works for me is isolating myself in a room with music and a good book, or something to read.

While reading and listening to the music my ind relaxes and I start to calm down.

But if as soon as I get out someone does something that makes me angry, I have to start all over again.

Sometimes also doing some exercise or going for a run can help clear your mind.

Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die

As Buddha says being angry at someone won’t do any good, you won’t harm them, you’ll harm yourself.

Anger is only harming yourself, your well being.

So find something to do to clear your mind when you get angry, or, even better, find something that helps you control your anger, I’m not a fan of meditation, but I know that it works for some people.
