Hey people of the Internet! Today I want to tell you another episode from my trip to Iceland: when I went to Reynisfjara, a black beach.

To go there me and Michel had to walk for 11 km (6.8 miles) in a road that wasn’t really meant for pedestrians.
In the morning we start walking, hitchhiking. Our strategy was to try and find a passage, but we were mentally prepared not to get one.
Luckily for us after around one hour of walking a guy stopped and asked us where we were going. He was Icelandic, we don’t really remember his name (sorry!), but we call him Dragar, no idea why… He didn’t speak a lot of English, but we managed to make small talk with him (I hate small talk by the way, but it’s fine, he was nice). We found out he lived near Reynisfjara beach. For a moment we thought he wanted to rape us, he made a call, but we couldn’t understand a word, and he stopped at a really small village, more like a gathering of houses, to talk with another guy. HE was really nice, I feel sorry for not remembering his name.
At the beach we filmed the video for Michel’s new song, took some photos and ate some croissants with salmon.

When we had to go back we asked a young couple if they could take us to Vik, the guy was saying yes, they had to go to Vik too, but his girlfriend told him she did’t want to, so he told us they were going to the airport. So we started walking. A chines couple stopped, but they told us they were just going to see a church near there and then they were going back, but they were really nice. After some walking two Dutch guys gave us a lift to Vik. They were also two friends who did a short vacation to Iceland, a long weekend. Really nice guys, their names were Jacob and Nick, so shout out to them.

We then waited 3 hours in a bar and then took the bus back to Reykjavik.
Really an adventure!
